The K-Town Toy Show Trains, Planes and Automobile Hobby Show on October 18, 2026, at Fountain Banquet Hall, with show hours 10 am to 3 pm. Featuring Kato, Hot Wheels, and Hobby Kits, model kits and more

Trains & Toys Show

We are looking forward to growing our existing toy and collectable shows in S.E. Wisconsin by including Model Railroading, Plastic Model Kit, Die-cast, Pressed Steel and Farm toys.

With this said, we are reaching out to you in order to make new connections, in hopes that together we can generate more interest in these hobbies.

As a hallmark of our current shows we strive to supply a well curated and diverse assortment of items available to the guests that attend. We would like the shows to be a combination of visual interest like model railroads, dioramas and small workshops to attract new people to the hobby, along with sales tables with a good variety of items to both entice new purchases and to foster a strong community.

Our long term goal is to announce our “Trains & Toys” shows in July 2026 with our first show being held on Saturday February 20th 2027 and then repeating on the following days, May 15th, Sept 18th and November (date not set) The dates provided also correspond with weekends that we hold our Toy & Collectable Shows. By doing so we are able to cross-promote shows in order to attract a larger and more diverse experience.

** As a reminder, the ONLY items allowed for this show will be model trains - all scales, diecast vehicles all scales, pressed steel, farm toys and plastic model kits of all sorts and accessories for these lines.

No Funko, cards, action figures and the like. We have other shows for those lines and genres please check them out.

Vendor Guidelines & Show Policies

To ensure a safe, high-quality, and enjoyable experience for our vendors and guests, the following guidelines apply to all K-Town Toy Shows events.

    • Note: In order to secure your table/space reservation, all fees must be paid 2 weeks prior to the event. This affects all K-town Toy Shows.

Payment Note: All invoices sent via payment link include a $2 processing fee.

🕒 Load-In & Setup

  • Setup Hours: 7:30 AM – 9:45 AM.

  • Arrival Deadline: All vendors must arrive by 9:45 AM. To maintain a professional atmosphere for our guests, late arrivals will not be permitted to set up and will be turned away.

  • Doors Open: General admission begins at 10:00 AM (Early Bird at 9:30 AM for the Holiday Show).

  • Parking: Once unloaded, please move your vehicle to an approved parking space. Ensure you are not blocking drives, doors, or handicap-accessible stalls.

📋 Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Payment: To secure your space, all table fees must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the show date.

    No Exceptions.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations. Because we often have a waiting list, cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will forfeit the rental fee.

  • Attendance: "No-calls, no-shows" or breaking down your booth early without prior approval from management reflects poorly on the show experience. Doing so may result in being excluded from future events.

🤝 Professional Conduct & Environment

  • Keep it Clean: Please leave your designated area exactly as you found it. Remove all empty boxes and debris before departing.

  • Zero Tolerance Policy: We pride ourselves on a family-friendly environment. Harassment of any kind—verbal, physical, or otherwise—will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to remove and ban any individual who violates this policy.

  • Registration: We do not allow walk-in vendors. You must have an email or Facebook message confirmation and a processed payment to set up. Vendor sales only!

By registering for a K-Town Toy Show event, you agree to these terms and conditions. We look forward to a successful show with you!
